The House

• Comfortable and spacious sitting room with Satellite TV, DVD, CD/Tape player. It has an open log fireplace. The dining room is partially open plan.
  
  
• Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table, microwave, gas hobs and electric oven and dishwasher.
  
  
• Larder with two fridge freezers.
  
  
• Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities
  
  
• The house is centrally heated throughout.
  
  

Accommodation

• The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom with bath, separate shower, hand basin and lavatory are in the house. This double-bedded room is, like the other bedrooms, airconditioned and heated. All the bathrooms also have a heated towel rail and a hair dryer is provided in each.
  
  
• Bedrooms two and three are twin bedded with bedroom two featuring a sofa and woodburning stove. Each bedroom has a kettle for an early morning cup of tea.
  
  
• The ensuite bathrooms to bedrooms two and three both have twin hand basins, showers and their own individual hot water supply.  Bathroom two also has a bath.
  
  
• Bedrooms two and three each have their own private terrace with table and chairs. 
  
  

• Double doors from the kitchen lead onto a spacious covered terrace, making it an ideal dining area.
  
  
• A traditional bread oven and barbecue
  
  
• The 9m x 5m swimming pool with roman steps is located at the bottom of the garden. It is not fenced. There are 6 sun beds, umbrella and shower.
  
  
• There are a couple of hammocks which when hung from the ancient olive trees are wonderful for a shaded siesta
  
  
• The house is surrounded by a mature garden.
